• Aug 25, 2017  Print and download in PDF or MIDI Scales for Suzuki Books 1 - 4. These are the scales I practiced as I worked my way through the first 4 Suzuki books. I've noticed most scale books tend to use eighth notes (quavers) and more difficult patterns, but I prefer to use quarter notes (crotchets) to really drive home the fact that I'm supposed to do scales slowly and methodically so I can listen.
