I have a Ford IDS VCM. The program can reflash the ECU by stock calibration. I found the calibration file was zipped and it's a.PHF file. I wonder if possible any program to read it? Then I can modify the parameters/tables and save. And reflash the ECU by this new file via IDS. The point is can the file.
